The Art of Movement is a holistic physical practice taught by movement coaches Claire Heafford & Thomas Dawkins. Drawing on a broad range of approaches to movement, the class combines elements from gymnastics, martial arts, yoga, bodyweight conditioning and contemporary dance to create a workout designed to enhance the precious connection between mind and body.
Each week the content will evolve, bringing new ideas and approaches to help you unlock the wisdom of your body. With a focus on improving joint alignment, core strength and natural movement patterns - this thought-provoking training system will leave you feeling confident and inspired to make positive lifestyle changes that will make a real difference to your long-term health.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Tune into your innate physical power and turn on your inner wisdom to become fitter and more physically fulfilled. Promoting self- care, mindfulness and physical creativity, the class is dedicated to the development of bodily awareness, mind-body connectivity and the
ability to move with ever increasing amounts of flow.
Classes are mixed ability and open to all – beginners especially welcome!
