LEARN TO BACKFLIP: 60 MIN ADULT GYMNASTICS TASTER SESSIONS
From zero to hero in 60 min. Learn how to flip safely and with perfect form at this not-to-be- missed hour-long taster session. Breaking the art of the backflip down into 10 manageable movements, this class will teach you the elemental body shapes you’ll need to flip like a pro.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Join us at the Cross Fit London gymnastics arch in Bethnal Green where we have all the equipment you’ll need to safely learn to flip. Starting with the take off position, we’ll show you how to create flight through the first phase of the flip before developing the shoulder flexibility, strength and body shape required to land back safely on your feet. Using a combination of crash mats, spring boards, foam blocks, trampettes and airtrack - we’ll help you build the confidence you need to take flight.
To attend this class you must be able to hold your own body weight on your hands in a handstand position against the wall for 30sec
