As a Movement Coach & NLP Therapist, I'll use my highly specialised knowledge of how to perform complex movement patterns within specific sporting contexts to help you tune into your body’s systems of physical processing – so you can develop an increased awareness of what your body needs day-to-day to feel nourished, strong, agile & energised.

My approach is to spend time getting to know you so I can understand what makes you tick. We'll then work together to find a training approach that delivers the content you need in the way you need it.

In particular, we'll spend time connecting into your core values & ambitions. I want to help you to create compelling, life affirming levels of motivation that mean looking & feeling great become a simple by-product of a love & passion for movement.

Along the way, where appropriate, I use NLP to help my clients to tune into their inner wisdom, overcome anxiety & limiting beliefs, and explore peak performance states that allow them to reach ambitious goals.

Whether you want to run a marathon, learn how to back flip, or simply feel confident enough to put your training kit on & complete a session - my goal is to work with you to create meaningful change that will add value to your life.
